CHRIS
A deterministic game engine where the language model narrates and nothing else.
The problem
If a model owns the world state, the world is not reproducible and the model can be talked into contradicting itself. The fix is to give the engine the state and restrict the model to describing it.
How it works
- 01Keep all world state in a deterministic client-side engine.
- 02Let the model produce narration only, with no authority over state transitions.
- 03Keep the API key server-side and fail closed when it is absent.
