Sovereign Intelligence Stack
The accumulated-state argument: intelligence as what a system keeps, not what a model weighs.
The problem
Treating intelligence as a property of model weights makes every system dependent on whoever trained the model. It also throws away the thing that actually compounds — the accumulated, structured record of what a system has established.
How it works
- 01Model intelligence as accumulated state that survives model swaps.
- 02Keep the runtime governed: the model is one component inside it, not the system itself.
- 03Make the state inspectable, so an operator can see what the system believes and why.
