The problem
A briefing system that depends on a cloud model is a briefing system that stops when the network does. Running it locally means the whole chain — ingestion, compilation, narration — has to work on one machine, and has to be installable by someone who is not the author.
How it works
- 01Ingest and compile locally, with no network dependency in the core path.
- 02Ship real artifacts per platform rather than a source tree and good intentions.
- 03Detect available backends at setup time and present only what passes a pre-flight check.
